In 2009 Garg solutions start its research on the Co operative societies to track down various difficulties faced by the employees to run the smooth operations. In our analysis we find long procedural overcomes that make the operations lengthy and hard to operate. In the existing system every secretary needs to record all the information manually in the books of accounts from vouchers to ledgers. This is a very time consuming process. Apart from this the employees was also not much familiar with computer terminology and they has to be trained from scratch..

For this project we decide to implement widely used Visual Basic technology to develop software because it has so much useful features like Visual graphics along with connectivity with web and support of large database . This help in future integration with other systems like web application or mobile application. Moreover, it s graphic environment makes working interesting rather than small black screen and white alphabets.
One of the most interesting feature of software is No Date Bound. This means you can prepare report in respect to date for example if software is implemented in 2010 and in 2019 you can compile all data without date restriction i.e. stock statement or day book or personal ledger from 2010 to 2019.
